A Comissão Europeia abriu a 14 de março um concurso para economistas (ramos de macroeconomia e finanças) para os seus escritórios de Bruxelas e cidade do Luxemburgo. Os interessados poderão concorrer até ao próximo dia 16 de abril.

Macroeconomics
Academic experience:
- minimum: university education, preferably post-graduate
- fields: economics essential, preferably specialised in one of the following: finance, applied macroeconomics or quantitative analysis
Professional experience:
- minimum: six years’ professional experience in macroeconomics
- fields: international economic/financial institution, national public administration, and/or academic/policy/research institution
Typical duties:
- conducting economic analysis, modeling, surveillance, forecasts and adjustment programmes at national, Eurozone and EU level
Financial economics
Academic experience:
- minimum: university education, preferably post-graduate
- fields: economics or finance essential, preferably focusing on one of the following: applied economics, financial economics, quantitative analysis, corporate finance, statistics, or mathematical finance
Professional experience:
- minimum: six years’ professional experience related to the financial sector
- fields: banking/other financial institution, national/international supervisory body, and/or academic/policy/research institution
Typical duties:
